This Back to School Add and Color Activity is a new spin of Addition Count the Room. Perfect for first day of school math activities and to get students moving around the classroom. Easily differentiate by choosing a set of sums. Students will practice basic addition with sums to 5, 10, 15 or 20.

How It Works

1. Print one of the four "Color the Sum" pages and the associated task cards.

2. Place the cards in a task box or hide them around the room.

3. Students will color the sums and write the number sentence.
