This All About Me Craft is the perfect way to get to know your students better and makes a personal Fall Bulletin Board. Students answer questions to build their scarecrow craft and then use the Fall writing prompts to write a story about their scarecrow. This makes a festive fall bulletin board and is easily incorporated into your community building lessons and activities.
This Engaging Resource Includes
- "Build Your Scarecrow" Questionnaire- Students will answer questions about themselves to determine which parts to include in their Scarecrow!
- "All about Me!"- Students will EXPLAIN what their scarecrow says about them.
- 2 size Scarecrow Templates with parts for the head, hat, body, arms, legs and bandana. (Large is about 12inches high. Mini is about 8inches high.)
- "Meet My Scarecrow" Writing- Students will create names and personalities for their Scarecrow.
- "Scarecrow Adventures" Writing- Students will create adventures their Scarecrow goes on.
- "Class Data"- The whole class can track how their peers answered the questions to see what similarities or differences they have.
